Cozy little gem!
Super cute hotel! Staff was always friendly and helped me out with local tips. I loved enjoying breakfast in the outdoor area—it was such a nice way to start the day. The spa was a bit small for my taste, but the massage was relaxing. Would’ve liked more room for my suitcase though!

The layout of common areas felt cramped, resulting in limited space to relax!!! The decor in some rooms seems dated and doesn't match the overall charm of the location. More variety in room sizes would be beneficial!!!

I had an amazing time with my friends! The staff went out of their way, especially Jerry and Tim. The breakfast options were delicious, and we loved the great bar in the basement. We visited the old quarter and tried a cooking class, which was fantastic. Definitely consider staying here for a fun experience!
One thing to note is that the room size was small, which made things a bit cramped for our group.

Exceptional service and perfect location
I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Sophie and Jerry, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. The hotel is just a short walk away from the lake and many delicious dining options, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Hanoi. The cocktails at the bar were delightful, but I think they should consider offering a broader range of beer selections. Overall, this place blew me away with its charm and hospitality.

The Classic Double Room was pretty cozy overall. The bed was super comfortable and clean, which is a big plus for me. However, the decor felt a bit dated, not really matching the charm of the area. The daily breakfast was delicious, and it was nice how the staff went out of their way to help with luggage storage while we headed to Ha Long Bay. But not much in terms of extra space in the room and the vibe could have been friendlier.

Ideal for families looking for comfort
We booked last minute and were greeted with open arms. Jerry was a highlight of the trip, welcoming us sincerely and even offering us breakfast after our late arrival! ! That kind of service, it’s rare, you know.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what we got, it was kind of worth it.
